Position Summary/Objective:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Junior Corporate Partnerships Coordinator

Position Summary/Objective:
The Junior Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling corporate partnership programs that incorporate all soccer and stadium-controlled assets. These assets include cross-promotional merchandise opportunities, co-sponsored workplace or community events, traditional signage, live stream commercial broadcast, radio, cross-promotional opportunities, print, digital, web, plus much more. This role demands creativity in developing corporate partnerships that offer a unique yet meaningful value proposition that can be fulfilled efficiently, tracked, and reported in a professional and timely manner. This person is responsible for assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Vice President of Business Development in creating partnership proposals, contracts, planning for sales retention, fulfilling partnership assets, and providing top notch customer service to all current and potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the workflows and execution of partnership proposals, contracts, fulfillment, recaps, and renewals.
- Manage upwards of 30+ accounts throughout the life of the partnership.
- Uncover new opportunities to meet Partners’ needs and objectives in an efficient manner.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders within the organization to complete deliverable assets.
- Assist with the procurement of Partners’ printable assets such as banners, field signage, etc.
- Execute and complete the match day checklist of assets with set up and break down of signage, partner check-ins, proof of performance, etc.
- Ensure all Partners deliverables are fulfilled upon the commencement terms of the contract.
- Maintain a catalog of partnership assets and proof of performance to present to Partners during check-in and recap meetings.
- Conduct thorough research of assets and activations across all sports leagues to assist in the ideation process.
- Assist the Corporate Sales team by creating sales collateral such as presentation decks, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Oversee tracking of all Partner payments and invoices throughout the life of the partnership.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure all goals have been met within the organization for events, match days, etc.
- Communicate internally and externally with appropriate stakeholders throughout the year
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College, University, or equivalent industry experience through internships, part-time or full-time work
- 1-2 years of event, promotions, and/or sales experience with a sports teams, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, GSuite, Trak Software, Blinkfire Analytics, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
- Work in virtual and in person team environments
- Effective time management skills with an ability to adapt and perform under pressure

Retail Store Associate (Part-Time)

Position Summary/Objective:
In this role, you will engage and connect with our fans/customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in our products and general information about the team. You will use this expertise to educate, inform, create excitement, inspire and outfit our fans/customers. You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, ticketing for games, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring New Mexico United to life for our fans/customers while building team and store loyalty and delivering with productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with
Merchandise, promoting the team and providing outstanding customer service. - Operating cash register, processing credit card transactions, and balancing
drawers. - Answering telephone calls with customer service questions and issues.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the Team Shop.
- Superior product knowledge and knowledge of the team.
- Increasing Team Shop sales.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the retail floor.
- Setting up merchandise displays on the retail floor and maintaining the
