What are the retail shop hours?

Sunday through Friday: 10 am to 7 pm

Saturday: 9 am to 67 pm

How do I place an order?

Call 505.209.7529, ext. 1022 during the business hours of 11 am to 5 pm, Tuesday - Saturday. If you call outside those hours, please leave a message and our retail staff will return your call as soon as possible.

Or just swing by the shop at 3500 Central Ave SE, Suite 2. Please note that due to public health orders and our utmost concern for the safety of our fans, we can only allow 25% capacity in the retail space. 

An item is out of stock in the e-shop. Is it available at the retail shop?

Maybe! The retail shop has separate stock levels from the e-shop, so your item might available. Call 505.209.7529, ext. 1000 or 1022 to check the availability of items.

I placed an order from the e-shop and it's the wrong size. Can I exchange it at the retail shop?

Yes! Please call ahead and let the retail staff know what item you ordered and what size you need. 

If I ordered something from the e-shop, can I pick it up at the retail shop?

No. Items ordered from the e-shop will be shipped, and are not available for pickup at the retail store. If you would like to pick your items up at the retail store, please shop in person, or order via phone.
