Account Executive, Ticketing
As Account Executive, Ticketing your primary duties shall be as follows:
- Responsible for producing the maximum revenue for New Mexico United through the sale of tickets and ticket packages.
- Knowledgeable in all ticket product lines including season plans, partial plans, group sales and premium seating packages.
- Full participation in widespread inbound/outbound call campaigns.
- Minimum of 125 Sales Activity Points per day.
- Must use Hubspot, the CRM system, daily to track all sales, meetings, conversations, and updates.
- Responsible for in-stadium and outside face-to-face sales presentations to create sales opportunities.
- Responsible for managing and servicing assigned accounts to up-sell and renew on an annual basis.
- Proficient in researching and creating new sales opportunities to increase revenue.
- May be required to work outside sales events in addition to all home games for promoting sales packages through tabling, promotions, and invitations to games.
- Responsible for follow-up phone campaigns involving direct marketing efforts.
- Meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals.
- Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking associations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Graphic Designer, Part-Time
Position Summary/Objective:
New Mexico United seeks to hire a talented, intelligent, passionate and driven part-time Graphic
Designer to join our team. Under general direction and supervision of the marketing manager,
this person will be responsible for managing the club’s creative brand strategies for all
marketing pieces. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing merchandise,
collateral for print, digital content, and other general design needs both internal and external.
They will work closely with the Marketing Manager, the Director of Consumer Products, and
other members of the organization to conceptualize and create designs true to New Mexico
United’s brand and mission. They will collaborate closely with members within the organization
and outside vendors in order to meet the team’s needs in an efficient manner and accurate
manner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ideator, and sports marketing enthusiast capable
of managing projects, advancing timelines, and collaborating with others to elevate the visual
identity of New Mexico United.
KEY Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Marketing Manager and other departments in brainstorming, developing and executing design work for the organization, including but not limited to marketing materials, logos, signage, installations, promotional items, advertisements, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all designs communicate the desired message and functions successfully.
- Provide creative input, ideas and concepts for the overall marketing and brand development of the organization, including sales, marketing and merchandise.
- Identify fresh and emerging internal and external opportunities to promote the brand on multiple levels.
- Create high-end designs under tight deadlines while managing multiple job requests, revisions, and keeping the project in the budget allotted.
- Assist in the organization’s needs on gamedays.
- Assist in the execution of community events hosted by New Mexico United.
- Additional duties in support of department objectives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accreditted College or University, or equivalent industry experience.
- 1-3 years experience working as a graphic designer.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with producers of collateral.
- Dedicated to excellence of craft, enthusiasm for learning, unlearning, and relearning.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive soccer-specific knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-pace, team environment interacting with multiple departments.
- Ability to work long, irregular hours as dictated by scheduling.
- Available to work evenings and weekend events when necessary.
